    First time in Spain. Gaudí architecture, tapas in the Gothic Quarter, and a day trip up to Montserrat.

    Taiwan

    Taipei for four days — Ximending, Da'an food tour, and Xinyi. Then an HSR+bus journey to Sun Moon Lake for two nights of e-biking the lakeside loop, Assam black tea, and actual rest. Last night in Taoyuan for an easy morning departure.

    A long weekend cycling Bintan's coast roads. Good reason to escape the city for three days.

    Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo

    Japan

    Osaka Castle, Universal Studios, and Kuromon market, then Arashiyama and Nishiki in Kyoto. Drove a rental around Fuji for views from Arakurayama Sengen Park. Ended with five days across Akihabara, Shinjuku, and Harajuku.
